Well, we had a smooth, uneventful flight into Madrid and change of planes to Granada. Iberia is very unexciting- nothing wrong with them- just nothing to jump up and down over. We had heard they serve very little food on the plane but we found the opposite- nice dinner (pic below), sandwiches available midflight, and then a filling breakfast prior to landing.
Raining upon arrival. Got to apartment and very happy! Very nice reception and the apartment is perfect. Below is our kitchen

Tired from flying so making a short night. Walked to grocery store and picked up some breakfast foods, a little nosh for dinner and of course a bottle of local wine
Not a great shot below (you can double click on any picture to see it better) but this is really beautiful view of the Cathedral we'll visit tomorrow. Ok, off to bed for early night as we have long days ahead.
